To verify your WOW Vegas account, we'll need a valid photo ID along with a recent proof of address. Here's everything you need to know about what we accept — and what we don't.
Accepted Photo ID
Your ID must be valid and unexpired. We accept:
Driver's License
State Identification Card
Residence permit
Passport
Accepted Proof of Address
Your proof of address must be dated within the last 3 months and clearly show your physical address. We accept:
Utility bills (water, gas, electricity, or home internet)
Bank or credit card statements
A secondary ID document — as long as it's different from the one you submitted for ID verification and includes your address
Government-issued letters or documents
What We Don't Accept
To save you time, here's a list of documents that won't be accepted as proof of address:
Screenshots of any kind
Edited or altered documents
Mobile phone bills
Medical bills or documents
Receipts or insurance statements
Tax forms
Neobank statements (with the exception of Varo and SoFi)
Lease or rental agreements
Payslips
Social security documents
P.O. Box addresses
Vehicle registrations
How to Submit Your Documents
To make sure your documents go through smoothly:
Submit each document as a downloadable PDF or a clear, unedited photo of the full physical page.
Cut-outs, partial pages, or cropped sections will not be accepted.
Make sure all four corners of the document are clearly visible.
