Take a Break lets you temporarily lock your account if you'd like to step away for a bit. While active, you won't be able to access your account until the break period expires.
To start a break:
Go to Spending Controls (or open My Profile and select Spending Controls).
Scroll to the Take a break section and click Take a break.
Choose how long you'd like to lock your account:
24 Hours β Lock your account for 1 day.
7 Days β Lock your account for 1 week.
Click Continue to confirm.
Please note: Once a break has started, it cannot be cancelled or undone until the period expires. Make sure you're comfortable with your choice before confirming.
