How do I update the email address on my WOW Vegas account?

If you've lost access to the email linked to your WOW Vegas account, don't worry — we have a secure process in place to help you update it. To keep your account safe, we just need to verify your identity first.

What You'll Need

Before getting started, make sure you have the following ready:

  • A clear selfie of yourself holding a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID).

  • A valid copy of your ID document.

How to Update Your Email

  1. Prepare your information — Make sure your ID and selfie are clear, valid, and that all personal details are correct.

Secure Your Account
