What You'll Need

A clear selfie of yourself holding a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID).
A valid copy of your ID document.
Our Support Team may also send you a secure upload link to submit your documents.
How to Update Your Email
Prepare your information — Make sure your ID and selfie are clear, valid, and that all personal details are correct.
Contact Support — Reach out to our team through the Help Center or live chat to start the process.
Submit your documents — Send through your verification details along with the new email address you'd like on file. If we've shared a secure upload link, use that to submit everything safely.
Complete verification — Our team may ask for additional confirmation, such as a quick liveness check. Just follow the instructions provided.
Confirmation — Once everything checks out, we'll update your email and send you a confirmation.
Secure Your Account
After your email is updated, we recommend resetting your password using the Forgot Password link on the login screen. This keeps your account secure under your new details.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
One account per player: WOW Vegas allows only one account per person. Any duplicate accounts will be closed.
Ownership stays with you: Updating your email doesn't change account ownership. You'll need to confirm you're the original account holder as part of the verification process.
