There are three steps:
Verify your details on the AMOE page. Enter your username, the email on your account.
Generate your unique 11-digit request code. Save it — you'll need it for your mail-in card.
Mail in your request card following the format below. Once we receive and validate it, 3 SC are credited to your account.
