Why does my redemption shows as pending?

Once we've processed your redemption on our end, the full amount is sent to your chosen payment processor. While we wait for confirmation that the funds have landed in your account, your redemption status will show as "pending".

Expected Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the payment method you've chosen:

  • Skrill β€” Usually instant, but can take up to 24 hours to finalize.

  • Trustly β€” 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Prizeout β€” Delivered instantly once processed.

  • Masspay β€” 1 to 2 business days once processed.

Can I Cancel My Redemption?

Unfortunately, redemptions cannot be cancelled once processed. At that stage, the funds have already been transferred to the payment processor and we're simply waiting for final confirmation of the transaction.

When Will My Redemption Be Complete?

Your redemption is fully complete once we receive confirmation from the payment processor that the funds have been successfully deposited into your account.
