You can still log in and view your account details

What You Need to Do
When you log in, you’ll see a message with two options:
Resolve and Restore Access
Select this option if you believe the matter has been resolved or was submitted in error.
Your account access will be restored
You’ll be able to play and make purchases as normal
Accept Restricted Access
Select this if you choose to proceed while the matter is still active.
Purchases and gameplay will remain unavailable
You can still access your account information
Important Notes
This notice only appears for affected users
You’ll only be asked to respond once unless your status changes
The restriction is applied automatically based on compliance requirements
