Why Am I Seeing an Account Restriction Notice?

If you’re seeing a message about your account being restricted, this is part of our legal compliance process.

In certain cases, we are required to temporarily adjust account access while a legal matter is active.


What This Means

If your account is affected:

  • Purchases may be unavailable

  • Gameplay may be restricted

  • You can still log in and view your account details

This restriction is applied automatically and helps us meet regulatory obligations.


What You Need to Do

When you log in, you’ll see a message with two options:

Resolve and Restore Access

Select this option if you believe the matter has been resolved or was submitted in error.

  • Your account access will be restored

  • You’ll be able to play and make purchases as normal


Accept Restricted Access

Select this if you choose to proceed while the matter is still active.

  • Purchases and gameplay will remain unavailable

  • You can still access your account information


Important Notes

  • This notice only appears for affected users

  • You’ll only be asked to respond once unless your status changes

  • The restriction is applied automatically based on compliance requirements
