How I verify my account for redemptions?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

To verify your account for redemptions, you’ll need to submit the following documents:

✅ Required Documentation:

  1. Photo ID (Front & Back)

  • Must clearly show all 4 corners of the ID.

  • Must display your full name and date of birth.

  • Accepted IDs:

  • Driver’s License

  • State Identification Card

  • Military ID

  • Passport (can be used instead of an ID).

  1. Proof of Address

  • Must be a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months).

  • Must display your full name, address, and issue date.

  • 🚨 Not accepted:

  • Cell phone bills.

  • Screenshots of online bills or statements.

  • Accepted format: Downloadable PDF files.- Additionally, WOW Vegas may request a selfie holding your ID for verification purposes. Ensure that your face and the ID are both clearly visible in the selfie.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Your proof of address must match the name and address registered to your account.

  • Ensure all documents are clear and readable before submission.- If technical issues occur during verification, clear your browser cache and cookies or try using a different browser or device.

👉 Summary: Submit a valid photo ID (front & back) and a recent proof of address (PDF format, not a screenshot) to complete your verification for redemptions. For technical issues, ensure a stable internet connection and restart any phone verification processes to receive required two-factor authentication codes during redemption. For resolving duplicate account issues:

  • Verify you are logging in with your original account associated with your primary email.

  • Eliminate technical glitches by clearing browser cache and cookies, then re-logging in.

  • WOW Vegas may request additional verification documentation to resolve duplicate account errors. For payment-related concerns, note that:

  • Trustly transactions are instant for most banks but can take 3–5 business days for non-instant transactions.

  • Alternative payment methods like Skrill can be used if your bank is unsupported.
