How I verify my account for redemptions?

To ensure a safe and secure experience, all players must complete a quick verification process before redeeming. This process helps confirm your identity and protect your account.

Step 1: Liveness Check (Selfie Verification)

As part of Level 1 verification, you will be asked to complete a liveness check.

This is a quick selfie used to confirm that you are physically present and that your identity matches your documents.

Tips for a successful liveness check:

  • Make sure your face is clearly visible

  • Use good lighting

  • Follow the on-screen instructions carefully

  • Avoid hats, sunglasses, or anything covering your face


Step 2: Upload Your Photo ID

To continue verification, you’ll need to submit a valid photo ID.

Requirements:

  • Show both front and back of the ID (if an ID Document is used)

  • All 4 corners must be visible

  • Your full name and date of birth must be clearly readable

Accepted IDs:

  • Driver’s License

  • National ID document

  • Passport (can be used instead of an ID)

  • Residence permit

📸 Note: You may also be asked to take a selfie while holding your ID. Make sure both your face and the ID are clearly visible.


Step 3: Proof of Address

You’ll also need to provide proof of your address.

Requirements:

  • Must be issued within the last 3 months

  • Must include your full name, address, and issue date

Accepted documents:

  • Utility bill

  • Bank statement

Accepted format:

  • Downloadable PDF files only

🚨 Not accepted:

  • Cell phone bills

  • Screenshots of online bills or statements


Important Notes

  • Your proof of address must match the name and address on your account

  • Ensure all documents are clear and easy to read before submitting

  • WOW Vegas may request additional verification documents if needed

If you experience issues during verification:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection

  • Restart any phone verification process if you don’t receive authentication codes
