How do I close or self-exclude my account?

If you’d like to take a longer break or permanently stop using your account, you can request self-exclusion or account closure.

What is Self-Exclusion?

Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your account for an extended period or permanently.

During this time:

  • You will not be able to log in

  • You will not be able to play or make purchases

  • Access cannot be restored until the exclusion period ends (if temporary)


What is Account Closure?

Account closure is a permanent action.

Once your account is closed:

  • You will no longer be able to access it

  • Any remaining access or activity will be stopped

  • The action cannot be reversed
